Photo Restoration
We offer a completely online service. Meaning there is zero risk in losing your precious photos in the mail. Simply send your scanned photos to us and we will do our very best to restore them. Whilst most of our restoration projects produce good results please note that not all photos are fully restorable. In some cases a photo is damaged beyond repair. Though all is not necessarily lost. This is often where AI can come in. So even if a photo cannot be restored to its original state. We can work with you and possibly generate an alternative outcome using AI.

Timescales
Timescales are usually around 2-3 working days. However as some photos are more damaged than others, they require more time to work on. In these cases restoration can take unto 5 days.
Copyright
Any photo that is found to be from a publication, or was taken by a professional photographer is protected by copyright laws. Please make sure you have legal access to edit and distribute such images. If you are unsure please ask the image owner.

Payment
Payment is to be made only when you have received a watermarked preview of your photos. On your approval you will be provided two safe and secure payment methods. One is powered by STRIPE, the other is PayPal.

Privacy and images
We do not share your images with anyone externally. However we may use your images for our social media presence. They will be used for before and after examples only. Please let us know if you do not wish for your images to be used for our social media portfolio.

Legal
We have a zero tolerance for indecent images. We expect all images sent to us to be of an appropriate nature. Any image which is deemed to be indecent, will be passed on to the relevant authorities along with your details and IP information.
Other Terms
In the extremely rare case we are unable to restore your photo. We wont waste your time and we will let you know as soon as possible. We also reserve the right to refuse your photo without reason.
